Grab your pals and get ready for a unique night out with a Middle Eastern flair! 

Bellydance can be enjoyed by all ages and genders - no dance experience necessary! We’ll learn a few basic techniques, then put together a short choreography to a modern Arabic song. Bellydance is low-impact, light cardio, and strengthens the core and thighs.

Tickets are non-refundable.  If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, text Liz 901.605.5520 so she can reach out to folks on the waitlist to attempt to resell your ticket on your behalf.  Scam artists love to offer resale tickets on our social media - do not engage.

What to wear/expect - You can choose to either dress comfortably as for an exercise class, or get dolled up for a cute girls’ night out!  All participants will be able to choose a hip scarf to borrow during class (Available for purchase to take home with you).  Class will be low-impact, but will still get your blood pumping, so keep that in mind as you’re getting dressed.
